DuePace is operated by a UK-based sole trader. This policy explains what personal data we collect through duepace.com, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to visitors to our website and to businesses that enquire about or use our invoice- and quote-chasing services.

1. What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us via our forms:

• Lead form: your name, email address, phone number, company name, number of outstanding invoices, amount owed, and the details you share about your chasing needs.
• Contact form: your name, email address, and message.

We do not use cookies, advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or any third-party tracking on this site. The admin area is only accessible to us and is not part of public browsing.

2. Why we process it (lawful basis)

• To respond to your enquiry — legitimate interest (you asked us to contact you).
• To deliver services under an agreement — performance of a contract.
• To meet legal obligations — e.g., tax record-keeping.

3. Who processes data on our behalf

• OpenAI / OpenRouter — drafting automated follow-up copy for chasing services.
• Resend — sending notification emails about new enquiries.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Dokploy (with a third-party hosting provider) — hosting of this website and its database.

All of the above process data under our instruction and only for the purposes described here.

4. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as we reasonably need it to respond to and serve you (and for up to 6 years where it forms part of our accounting records). You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see section 6.

5. Do we sell your data?

No. We never sell, rent, or trade personal data. We share it only with the processors listed in section 3, and only where needed to provide our services.

6. Your rights

If you are in the UK or EEA, the UK GDPR / GDPR give you the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your data, and to object to processing. If you are in the United States, CCPA/CPRA gives you rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither).

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@duepace.com. We respond within 30 days. UK/EEA residents may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

7. Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
